Hi Wayne, Anna, George, If you think it would be helpful to have a CG that looks at the question of HTML email, there is already a Community Group that was set up for this task. The goal at the time was to find out what is actually possible in HTML email, but it makes sense to me (and I am the chair as well as creator) that we use it to discuss what problems people have, too - and obviously that includes accessibility problems. The group is inactive, so you wouldn't be stepping on anyone's toes in using it, and it might help to bring more focus to what I think is a long-standing issue for W3C. The group is at https://www.w3.org/community/htmail/ if you want to join it and start using it. If you think the scope should be adjusted, to fit the range of issues, I think that would be fine and I would be happy to support it.
