hope I trimmed this accurately user testing is like phd defense. it's gotta pass to be considered usable. it is hard but return on investment is many fold. and this list could be the preliminary test, we have many folks with many different needs and set ups, but unfortunately the people here are among the more experienced and not the average or beginner user.
