Good catch Roberto re synchronization.  

Good thought on color too.  I think the place for that note is as a failure
under 1.2.1 citing 1.3.2 and 1.3.4

I suggest to add the term "sincronyzed":

    presentation that provides not only the dialog but also sound effects

    sometimes speaker identification.

Wanna also add somewhere that, if there are two or more people that speak,
captions should not rely speaker identification using only different text
colour? (this is also an old note that i've send on 2004 at w3c timed
textworking group)
