Regarding the review results, could you confirm that:

#1. none of the comments/changes constitute substantial change (eg. 
change in meaning), which would require re-review
#2. you mentioned "A considerable number of stakeholders have approved 
the document", could you clarify whether the "stakeholders" above mean 
organizations (instead of individuals)? Per W3C translation policy:
[[a majority of the stakeholder *organizations* confirm that they have 
in fact reviewed the document, and consider it to be an accurate 
translation. ]]

#3. the stakeholders who did not comment also approve (or not opposed 
to) the revised CAT
#4. none of the stakeholders who did not approve the revised CAT are 
opposed to the publication
