RE: Completed translation (French)

Hi.
 
What I understood from the discussion at wordreference was that journalists sometimes used "qu'est-ce qu'il se passe" but that was not what I was taught and perhaps it's not completely proper.  No big deal.  Thanks to Nick for the translation!
