Hi guys, One of our domain experts (Kan) is Chinese and has agreed to take a look at translating http://www.w3.org/TR/DDR-Simple-API/ As I was the chair for that work, and Kan is a work colleague, I can ensure that the translation will be a faithful representation of the original specification. (A translation of meaning, not just a translation of words.) I cannot give a timeline at this point, especially as I am drawing upon his limited spare time, but I am hopeful that if he finds this exercise rewarding, he may be open to translating one or two other related documents. (Obviously we will be restricting this to the mobile Web technologies, which is where we have expertise.) Also, I'm not setting a delivery date as I want him to enjoy the exercise :) Kan, who speaks Chinese natively, is also a fluent English speaker (fluent enough to have deep technical arguments) and his translation of the specification should be of very high quality. Regards, ---Rotan
