Oops... It is corrected

It contains changes and typos of the original CSS1 English version. I
found it
difficult to translate those in any meaningfull way. I put there a note
saying
that those refer to the original English version.

Part 2.2: Yes, it says that normative version is the English version.

Part 2.3: Yes, there is a warning about translation errors.

Part 2: There should be no semantic changes. The only comment there is in the
Appendix F is cursivated. That added image is 1x1px transparent gif image for
visitor counting

Part 3: Yes, agreed

I think it complies otherwise but I don't know about that copyright notice.
