Moving a translation--how to? from CE Whitehead on 2006-09-18 (w3c-translators@w3.org from July to September 2006)

Hi!  If for some reason, we have to move our already completed translation 
to a new URL address,
what is the prodedure?  (You have the current URL listed in your list of 
translations; is there a way to notify you if we need to ever change that 
URL?).
