Dear Gaston

I didn't find any previous announcement on the w3c-translators  
mailing-list archive, of intention to translate (XInclude) Version 1.0  
into Spanish.
I checked the documents at http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Translation/ and  
it is not already translated into Spanish, either.
