Re: Draft Minutes of 24 August 2000 Teleconference

Actually, there I did get a comment that the example does not show
even vaguely realistic Base 64 for the certs so I'll repost with that
one fix since it seems reasonable.

The minutes should show there was consensus on the syntax questions
which are not effected by this example tweak.
