Suggested top level ToC for Syntax and Procesing document

I'd like to suggest the following top level contents for the main Syntax and
Processing document.


Abstract
1. Introduction
     (editorial conventions, design philosophy, acknowledgements)
2. Signature Syntax Overview
3. Core Signature Syntax Details
     (Signature, SignedInfo, ObjectReference, Transformations, Object., KeyInfo,
etc.)
4. Additional Signature Syntax Details
     (manifest, package, etc.)
5. Algorithms
6. Processing Rules
     (could be split under 3 and 4 but probably best as a separate section)
7. Security Considerations
8. Examples
9. DTD
