For this meeting, I'd like to review Raul's slides and remarks, decide what we do on the latest additions by Michael (QCRs), talk about the part of the XG report / Ontology documentation describing the DUL alignment, collect rapidly your opinions on follow up activities (for those who were not present at our meeting today) and get some material for section 7 (e.g. how do you use and plan to use the ontology, what are the related activities at W3C, ...)

Cardinality restrictions from observation (all)

In the last shipped version, Michael has added qualified cardinality restrictions for the observation class, to mimic what's done in O&M.

I was not expecting this addition at this stage, so I'd like to reach a quick decision on this point (Go-Postpone-No Go)
