RE: RE: Resolution to Issue 3617

Not quite. The RESOLUTION marker is a bit dangling and does not
illustrate this. As a person who was not in the meeting, it was not
clear to me what the final resolution was as there was a lot of
discussion. 

Thanks for the clarification. Maybe it should be clearly marked in the
minutes.
