Tomorrow's meeting - early start possible

Hi all, sorry for cross posting.

For tomorrow's meeting, the plan is to start after lunch as outlined at 
https://www.w3.org/2011/04/webrtc/wiki/May_19_-_May_21_2014

However, the IETF rtcweb chairs tells us they will likely end early, 
meaning the W3C meeting can start before lunch.

We have not yet decided how to use the extra time, and may use it for 
more Media Capture related discussions (hence the cross posting), but it 
will be announced on these lists.
