RE: Border color properties: Need help with examples imported from MSDN

As far as modifying and enhancing the MSDN example code that is in any topic, please feel free to do so wherever it makes sense. There are many places in which the code is HTML4.01 style, uses inline <style> blocks, or employs other practices that have been replaced with more effective means. 

If there are disagreements in the community about edits between two or more contributors, we'll work those out when and if we come to them. But you'll find no argument from me about enhancing the MSDN donations and making them more appropriate for WPD.
