Re: Spanish Translation of Webplatform

We should get the different translation leaders together along with someone
(or people if possible) who understands MW and hopefully have done/seen
heavily translated wikis before and know the limitations and pitfalls.
Whether they are gathered from a task force call or some other means it
really doesn't matter. From there they can work out the best method for
both MW and translators happy. That team could then be the main translator
team while also having different teams for different languages.

One thing that ties in with translation stuff is how we are going to also
handle it in the project management system. I have a few ideas I am toying
around with, once I have tested some different methods I will email the
list with that information.
