Do we have a mission statement?

Hi, everyone!

I'm wondering if we have a mission statement somewhere. I'm looking for
something like:

A one-stop web standards community where designers and developers can share
accurate, up-to-date, and production-ready content, samples, and best
practices, consumable as a web site and as a content-as-a-service.
