No WG call this week

Folks,

I am sorry for a short notice, but I have a scheduling conflict tomorrow
(MPEG meeting) and won't be able to join WG Zoom call.
Based on the GitHub info, we are having good progress with both ITF encoder
updates and client tests development, but there isn't much to discuss yet
other than progress updates.

Let's postpone the call until next week, when we will likely have more
topics for discussion.
