   Vlad: discussing date and location options for F2F

   DavidK: room is available for all day Tuesday Oct. 8th, or half
   a day (either morning or afternoon) on Friday Oct. 11

   <sergeym> I am not going to be there in person, so ability for
   remote access is important. I heard it is easier to get good
   A/V capabilities in Google. Is this right?

   We are discussing the afternoon option for the meeting on Oct.
   11, so that anyone interested can join via VC

   <kuettel> Correct, we should be able to setup a Hangout (VC),
   such that everyone could join

   We have reached a consensus that the meeting date will be Oct.
   11th in the afternoon, we will meet at the Google office
   starting at lunch and continue until about 7 pm

   Google office will allow all remote participants to join via
   Video conferencing (Hangouts)

   DavidK: presenting the update on the compression development
   and early results

   which are encouraging, and the compression team members are
   planning to be present for the F2F meeting
