In WebKit’s implementation, Lightning is treated the same as USB, see [Bug 201084](https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=201084). Therefore, adding a “lightning” transport doesn’t seem to be useful. Also, since the spec doesn't differentiate USB C and USB A, there isn’t a good reason for calling out Lightning.
