Re: call for agenda items for Wednesday's conference call

Given the lack of an enthusiastic agenda at the moment, let's skip this
upcoming call and resume on December 16, with the next call after that to
fall on January 13.  (we'll also skip December 30 since it seems unlikely
many will attend)
