RFC - Draft charter for Web Applications Working Group

Hi All, 
Since we last met a TPAC 2018, the Chairs and Team have been working on the draft charter for the new "Web Applications Working Group". We invite you to take a look and let us know what you think. You can find it at the following URL:

It now has a greatly reduced scope and reduced list of deliverables (we found really nice forever-homes for many, so don't worry). We also encourage a test-driven work mode for new work items, and have included the WICG specs we would like to adopt - as agreed to at last TPAC.

In the not too distant future this Draft Charter will go to the AC for review. Individual member companies will have the opportunity to review and approve the charter. So, if you have concerns with the Charter, please work directly with your AC representative to raise any issues then.
