My raft of 1.2 Time-based Media PRs

I’ve carried out a fairly detailed review of some issues/inconsistencies with some of the Time-based media materials. This email is intended to guide TF members through the basic ‘layers’. Each subsequent PRs has been based on the prior branch, so each change can be scrutinized separately, and yet they should be able to be adopted/revised without conflicts if done sequentially.
1.    Make audio descriptions consistently about important visual content.

2.    Make notes for time-based media consistent and logical

  *   https://github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/4326 (remove audio description ref from 1.2.8 Understanindg)

3.    Revise note 1 to confirm in-narrative audio descriptions can be used to pass Audio Descriptions

It’s my intent to walk members through this work on Friday, but I will monitor the PRs and try to address any questions/concerns as they appear this week, so please feel free to proactively support/shred.
