Re: My raft of 1.2 Time-based Media PRs

Hi Mike and all,

Great to see this getting done!

While you are working on time-based media updates, would you be willing to add to the Understanding documents — I guess in the the Related Resources section if not elsewhere — links to the appropriate pages of Making Audio and Video Media Accessible <https://www.w3.org/WAI/media/av/>? e.g., for Understanding 1.2.2 <https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG22/Understanding/captions-prerecorded> add link to Captions/Subtitles <https://www.w3.org/WAI/media/av/captions/> /in Making Audio and Video Media Accessible/.

Of course, we also welcome suggestions for improvements to Making Audio and Video Media Accessible <https://www.w3.org/WAI/media/av/> if you see anything.

Thanks,
~Shawn

Each subsequent PRs has been based on the prior branch, so each change can be scrutinized separately, and yet they should be able to be adopted/revised without conflicts if done sequentially.
