Minutes are posted to the wiki <https://github.com/w3c/wcag/wiki/2025%E2%80%9004%E2%80%9004>, my apologies for the delay with finishing those.
We had a longish technical conversation regarding support for contrast enhancement from platforms, most of which would be counter-production to the particular issue which sparked the conversation.  So, in particular, please check that paragraph for accuracy, and be encouraged to make any needed corrections directly to the wiki page.
