This is to close ACTION-32 The current Process includes the text [[[ The progress of each Activity is documented in an Activity Statement. Activity Statements describe the goals of the Activity, completed and unfinished deliverables, changing perspectives based on experience, and future plans. At least before each Advisory Committee meeting, the Team SHOULD revise the Activity Statement for each Activity that has not been closed. ]]] - http://www.w3.org/2014/Process-20140801/#Activities The issue is whether to maintain the requirement on the Team to maintain such information, given that we are removing Activities. I note that this is related to the oft-discussed question of 'dashboards' of information, e.g. https://www.w3.org/wiki/Dashboard I suggest we add the requirement to the section on AC meetings, by changing the requirement in 2.1.3.2 that currently says "A list of all Activities and brief status statement about each, in particular those started or terminated since the previous Advisory Committee meeting." to say "Working Groups and Interest Groups" in place of "Activities". -- Charles McCathie Nevile - web standards - CTO Office, Yandex chaals@yandex-team.ru - - - Find more at http://yandex.com
