Hi David, Since you're using schema.org already, there's no reason to use data-vocabulary.org for reviews and ratings. The warning you saw is indeed a confusing message because schema.org does not use "votes" but rather: ratingCount - for votes reviewCount - for count The Structured Data Testing Tool warning message here has simply not been updated to reflect properties used with schema.org/AggregateRating.
