Re the Value Proposition - the form will gather some useful data but it doesn't really help understand the priorities of the various values which is useful given the Team and Member resources are bounded. (IOW, a responder could give every value a "7" and that doesn't really help with the Team and Members when prioritizing resources.) It could be helpful when analyzing the data to have a sense of the responder's role(s) vis-à-vis the W3C. For example, are they a Standards Wonk, Implementer of W3C specs, User of W3C specs (e.g. to create apps/widgets, to design Web sites, etc.). -Art Barstow
