Re: two general change proposals, problems

Peter,

Ideally, the DAA proposal should be broken down into the relevant 
issues, and put into the wiki.

We have 3 more weeks from now, when we assess again whether we should 
continue or wind down the whole excersise. By putting a choice of 
baselines on the agenda, we run into the risk of loosing pecious time on 
discussing the process instead of working on the relevant issues.
