Hi Aleecia, Justin and Heather, I'm not sure who to address this to, but picked the three of you since you are the editors of the Combo Proposal/Compliance Spec. I'm writing to the WG to not bog down today's discussions. I have concerns over the 2nd example in 3.1.2 of the Combo Text/3.3.1.2.1.1 of the Editor's Draft of Compliance Spec (non normative text). Example Analytics may not always be a third party if it is an outsourced party working on behalf of Example News. This example is too generic and may confuse the publisher relationship with its analytics vendor. Can we either delete this example or add a qualifier that says "…is a third party if Example Analytics is not an outsourced party? -Vinay -- Vinay Goel Privacy Product Manager Adobe 1540 Broadway - 17th Floor New York, NY, 10036 917.934.0867 (tel) ________________________________ Confidentiality Notice: The contents of this e-mail (including any attachments) may be confidential to the intended recipient, and may contain information that is privileged and/or exempt from disclosure under applicable law.
