One of the continuing actions
ACTION: Ralph propose resolution to Recipe issue 1.3 [recorded
in http://www.w3.org/2007/04/24-swd-minutes.html#action09]
has been renamed "ISSUE-16 Default behavior" [1].
I have added a pointer in the header of the obsolete document
BestPracticeRecipesIssues [2] to the Recipes page on tracker [3] and
reworded the action as:
ACTION: Ralph propose resolution to ISSUE-16 Default
behavior (http://www.w3.org/2006/07/SWD/track/issues/16)
-- formerly known as "Recipe issue 1.3" [recorded in
http://www.w3.org/2007/01/22-swd-minutes.html#action14]
The tracker page for ISSUE-16 [3] and the original action item
[4] provide some helpful context:
2007-02-13: This was discussed at the F2F meeting in Boston
and Ralph agreed to write a brief description of how User
Agent-based negotiation limits/stifles the creation of new
User Agents in the future, citing past negative experience.
