Hello public-svg-wg, (This changed comes too late to be in todays published test suite but will be in the next one). I have updated text-align-202-t to fix some errors: - the test description said there were two subtests, but there were three - the second subtest had the name "Egypt" (in Arabic) but it was spelled incorrectly so the test was misleading - the test description has been improved and now says what all three test strings mean. To allow comparison, I also duplicated this test as text-align-203-t, removed the svg font, and referred to platform fonts. I also changed the test description so the test can be passed if the fonts are not installed. When they are installed, its useful for developers to be able to look at this pair of tests. Lastly, since the image patch for text-align-202-t was a PNG, I replaced it with an SVG patch which renders correctly in Opera. However, its wrong in Batik. Should I commit a PNG made in Opera? I also made an svg patch for text-align-203-t. This one is correct in both Opera and Batik. I was greatly helped in fixing this test by Shadi Abou-Zahra, a W3C staff member who reads and speaks Arabic. -- Chris Lilley mailto:chris@w3.org Technical Director, Interaction Domain W3C Graphics Activity Lead Co-Chair, W3C Hypertext CG
