Actually, Henry, the AC meeting is May 6-7. The New Member Introduction (which most of us can skip) is the afternoon of May 5 A celebration that this is the 20th year of W3C in Europe - which I presume we want to attend -- is the evening of may 5. Thus, the proposed days are Monday-Tuesday, May 4-5. Sorry for the confusion to those who aren't AC reps! -- Ann Ann Bassetti From: henry.story@bblfish.net Sent: Sunday, March 22, 2015 8:11 AM To: Social Web Working Group Subject: Re: Response needed! The AC meeting is Tuesday 5th and Wednesday 6th https://www.w3.org/Member/Meeting/2015ac/May/ So the Doodle Should give the option of Monday 4th or the day after the AC meeting Thursday 7th May. I don't think that this is incompatible with also having a meeting in July in Edinborough, which is 3 months later.
