Thanks Arnaud!

I just moved much older issues, whici I proposed to agenda already over
a week ago to the top. Many of raised issues IMO depend them (ISSUE-16
and ISSUE-36) and discussing it first may save us similar back and forth
experience as we had last week. I also made sure that Erik will
participate in today's call before adding them to agenda.

If you feel strongly that we should keep the order you put, please feel
free to simply revert my change.

Workflow proposal of freezing agenda on the Friday before the meeting
will save us in a future such last minute maneuvers.
