Additional, one further thing I think the WG should discuss regarding the
changes to the SML spec: section 4.2.2 contains a statement about SML
references that CONTAIN multiple reference schemes.  I understand from Sandy
that his resolution to the issue regarding the meaning of "SML Reference"
(Sandy's proposal that resolved about 10 issues on this one concept) precluded
the use of "contain" or "include" to describe the relationship between a SML
reference and a SML reference scheme.
