Works on Vocabularies for bibliographic data

Hi everyone!

And apologies for cross posting! But this is intended this time.

It might be obvious to some of you but maybe not for all: Several groups are currently working on similar/related subjects.

For those of you who are not aware of all these different approaches please let me bring your attention to these, hoping that there will be some kind of synergy.
