RIF WG, Too many of our telecons have ended early because during agenda planning we were unaware that key people to some discussion would not be present at the telecon. Therefore we would like to get regrets earlier, most especially from people actively involved in email discussions, editing documents or key wiki pages, etc. We hold our planning meetings for the upcoming telecons on Fridays, so: We would like to get regrets posted to the meeting wiki page before each Friday; again this will help us to plan more productive agendas for the telecons. We will send out a reminder email each Thursday asking for regrets. Consider this the (slightly early) first example: IF you can't make next week's telecon, please post your regrets before Friday to the meeting wiki page [http://www.w3.org/2005/rules/wg/wiki/2006-05-30_Meeting] -CC&S -- Dr. Christopher A.
