Thad waves goodbye from organization

Hi Team,

I've decided to leave the organization, since this 2025 year plans to be
fairly busy for me on several fronts, new startup at 9tiger.io, visiting
friends/family in America during several months in spring and selling
home there.

I'll continue to be part-time helping OpenRefine when/where I can, but this
is a notice that I will be leaving the Entity Reconciliation Community
Group.  It's been fun and revealing.  I wish all of you continued success
as you move forward into formalization of the spec under W3C.

My 1 open task to add some formatting and documentation enhancements hasn't
been completed yet, just got way to busy with startup, but I'm sure someone
can handle the rest of that now that we've decided the formatting WIP in
the PR is good enough.  I suspect even further format changes will happen
as formalization continues.
