Another minor issue on RDFa Lite?

Background: I have had discussions with Mike Smith from the team, who is adding RDFa 1.1 validation to validator.nu that will run at W3C. There has been some issues around, guess what, @xmlns:-)

Hence the question: would it be possible to _explicitly_ disallow the usage of @xmlns: in RDFa 1.1 Lite? We did not think of that because, originally, RDFa 1.1 Lite came from RDFa+HTML5 and we relied on the fact that HTML5 essentially disallows @xmlns already. However, the latest version of RDFa Lite is defined in a way that it is valid for all dialects of (X)HTML or even XML, so an explicit statement in RDFa 1.1 Lite might become necessary.

To put it as an explicit proposal: I propose to make an statement in RDFa 1.1 Lite whereby xmlns is disallowed altogether (in favour of @prefix, of course).
