That's not true. The following RDFa and N-Triples should each result in
the same triple, with an object consisting of a single non-ASCII
character:

	<div about="#nbsp"
	     property="http://example.com/lit"
	     >&#xA0;</div>

	<#nbsp> <http://example.com/lit> "\u00A0" .
