Position of the WG wrt opacity of IRIs and singleton property semantics

I believe the WG should take a final decision on abandoning (or not) further considerations about proposals which include:

  *   opacity of IRIs (discussed at length as going again the semantic web principle of IRIs), and
  *   singleton property semantics (which breaks the way properties are used in common practice).
