Here are my thoughts: Thread management: I agree that the current practice of having extensive email threads is no longer manageable. Most participants seemed to agree on this. GitHub Markdown file approach: I suggest trying out the GitHub Markdown file approach at https://github.com/w3c/rdf-star-wg. By avoiding a "one big file" strategy initially, we can facilitate direct comparisons and discussions on different proposals through pull requests and comments. This could streamline our collaborative process. And if not, we at least tried. regards Adrian
