On the SD testing service, I'm thinking the best option for now is for to pick a w3 ULR like 2009/sparql/sdvalidator and proxy that over to Greg's machine. That way no w3c system resources are needed right now, and it can be moved to w3.org later without users knowing about the change. Greg, if you just tell me the two URLs (or URL patterns), I can set up the .htaccess line.
