the fed query document is ready for review at 
http://www.w3.org/2009/sparql/docs/fed/service
I still have not removed the BINDINGS sections, I'd like to have 
comments regarding the definition of their syntax + semantics. Also, I 
think the BINDINGS section in the query document 
(http://www.w3.org/2009/sparql/docs/query-1.1/rq25.xml#bindings) is a 
bit short, and I'd like to know if it is good to leave it as it is or it 
is better to add something more.
