I think that would be appropriate because that is where entailment
regimes are defined. The Query spec just contains some conditions that
entailment regimes have to satisfy.

Probably having both is best, i.e., keep the link and additionally add
the bib entry and point to it from the text. My main interest is
reducing the number of @@ open tasks that can easily be fixed.
