Thanks for the comments Robert.
I changed to a different drawing tool because Violet UML wasn't exporting to PNG properly. That's why there were missing properties. 

The last version of the diagram is now available from http://dl.dropbox.com/u/3663220/RDB2RDF/R2RML.png
