TPAC planning

I was discussing with PLH the ideas this group had for an 
event/seminar/salon/summit as part of TPAC 2024 in September.

PLH's suggestion is that one of the three groups (WG, CG, BG) respond to 
the planning survey in Alex Lacourba's email of 29 February:

This will get you on the list for meeting space.

Please note that that WBS closes tomorrow.

(Alex noted that she neglected to send that survey to CGs; she will 
correct that.)
