Re: [patwg-charter] Community stakeholder feedback collection process (#14)

Thank you for suggesting methods to gather feedback from smaller and less technical internet community. 

While interlocks and interfaces with other W3C community groups (plus the periodic summaries of ideas/discussions) is a great step, I would suggest that the group guiding the discussion be directly involved with outreach to the internet community that is not part of W3C.

There are numerous trade bodies that represent various interests across different sectors that rely on the internet. A survey sent to various groups about the materials presented by this group might be a low effort method to ensure their perspectives are captured and ideally can help inform the solutions designed to support a web for all.
