@jwrosewell can you clarify if you are raising this Issue as an attempt to build a legal argument that someone involved in standards design is saying that new private ad technology standards do not need controls or transparency? I have not seen a single comment here that indicates any of us think that jurisdictional legal requirements can be magicked away. @BasileLeparmentier - I appreciate you making the call for civility. I believe it is a two way street. @jwrosewell's initial framing (and subsequent reframing) of the Issue makes me quite uncomfortable given the amount of legal accusations he's openly associated himself to.
