(Apologies for my previous e-mail without the subject line.) Hello, I'd like to inform everybody that, with support by Peter and Conrad, I have been able to revise the documents according to the resolution of the issues at the 2F2F in Washington. The following documents have been updated: - Structural Specification and the Functional-Style Syntax - Semantics - Profiles - RDF Mapping The documents have been changed quite a bit, so a diff would to be quite useless. While updating the documents, I addressed many review comments. Some comments, however, still haven't been resolved; most of them are in the Profiles document. The most significant changes have been made to the Syntax document. Since this document was going to change quite a bit, I thought it would be a good idea to use the opportunity and to revise the document in a way that might make it accessible to a wider audience. To this end, I added a bunch of examples and additional clarifications that, I hope, make the document easier to read. I also hope that these changes might be used as a starting point for addressing our need of having an OWL 2 reference document. Please note that the new documents might not be displayed correctly in MSIE: Microsoft's browser doesn't support some features of CSS 2 which are now used in the documents. The documents can be viewed with Mozilla, though. I don't know whether this is a problem in general. For the moment, we could just focus on getting the content right; when we're done with that, we can then concentrate on browser problems. Please note also that you'll need to explicitly refresh the Syntax document in order to get the new images. Best just empty your browser cache. Please feel free to send me any comments and/or bug reports you might find. Regards, Boris
